Our very own Idol

Last night was Idol night at Katie's high school.  Of course she made the top 15.  They started with 26 and narrowed it down to 15 last night.  She did really well, and sang Leann Rimes "How Do I Live".  Next week they narrow it down to 10 and they have to sing an R&B song.  Katie is working on a couple, but not sure which one to do yet.  Her X, Mike, showed up with a scanky girl.  I guess that's all he could get on such short notice!  Katie was sad when she saw them together.  I was too a little.  Matt couldn't make it as he lives in the dorm at USF about an hour away.  I wanted to call so he could listen via the cell phone, but the 2 people before Katie didn't show up and then Kate was up and I forgot!  Sorry Matt!  Not much else is going on.  I still have to go feed the animals, but it is cold out (in the low 60's) and I don't feel like going out there yet.  I know, I must . . . so I will when I click the SAVE button on this entry. I've got to go count my chickens!  You all have a wonderful day and tune in a little later!  .:bye:.
